24 OCT. 47 IMTFE WAR CRIMES TRIALS IN TOKYO: These three men, (T to R): Matsuura Kusuo, Takebe Rokuzo, and Murakaki Keisaku, have been brought to the International Military Tribunal for the Far East, Tokyo, Japan, from Russia, where they have been held in custody to testify on coherence with the Russian Phase of the War Crimes Trials. Their affidavits were held at the earlier day due to the fact that they were not available for cross-examination by the defense.
