DEFENSE ATTORNEY PROPOSES IMTFE RECESS:
Mr. Michael Levin, defense attorney at the International Military Tribunal for the Far East, asks for a one month recess, in the War Crimes Trials of the 27 accused Japanese war criminals, to prepare new evidence for the defense, during the Netherlands East Indies Phase of the International Military Tribunal for the Far East in the WAR MINISTRY BUILDING, TOKYO, JAPAN,. Mr. Levin resides in Milwaukee, Wis., where he is a member of the Wisconsin and American Bar Association.
